" I had no interest in producing films until I found out that Francis Ford Coppola produced the
film " AMERICAN GRAFFITI " for George Lucas. I quickly realized the importance of trying out
different roles in this industry. As a writer and Director, playing a creative role in making a
series like Letters of The UNDERGROUND Volume One and Two gave me a new found respect
for Producers, Executive Producers, Line Producers and those who facilitate film production.
I don't know that I would ever do this type of thing again, without a serious budget, though
under the circumstances, I am very proud of the work that these fellow film makers were
able to accomplish. Mr. James Intveld is a Director, Singer, Musician & all around great guy.
I recall walking out of The theater the night we premiered LETTERS Volume Two, turning to
James, exhausted from the entire ordeal, ' Well we completed that, Now, what about this
Johnny Milwaukee Project ? How the hell am I ever going to complete it ? ' James just looked
at me in a matter of fact way and stated, " You will." I never thought it would take so long to
complete a project. We have posted a few sample excerpts below with links to participants. "
